Every year we did a dance marathon with our zumba class and that was 3 hours non-stop dancing. Every hour a pee moment and/or a small fruit aperet and again. Zumba is really my music and dancing to it is just wonderful.
This video was made almost at the end of those 3 hours, so you understand that not all movements are equally tight anymore 😉
