A homemade gift I like best to give. Whether the other person also likes to get it is of course to wait and see. So far I have received no complaints.
There was another opportunity to make one. This time I received a very nice compliment, which I have heard many times: “Nice made! You should start a shop!”
Not that I would intend to do that, but it's nice to hear!

What I made this time?
First, I doted three tea lights, in autumn-like colors, with acrylic paint.

First a black surface
After the first drying it was seen that it did not grab everywhere. So one more layer over it. Another one, if necessary. Allow to dry well.

Preparing dots
Sort and prepare colors, as well as prepare the dot tools. And then...
Dotten
From above to slightly over half, row by row and leave to dry thoroughly each time. Then turn around and apply some dots to create nice dotart.
That's what they looked like in the end. All three different.

The three tealights' had to 'stand on something from me. A red heart-shaped small tray received a lick of paint in the same colors.

When that was dried, I put the three tealights - now also varnished - on the tray, with two fake pumpkins and a pine cone in between.
Then all wrapped in cellophane, with ribbon in... you probably guessed it: autumn colors.
Isn't this a nice autumn scene?
