Creamy Tagliatelle, a quick and delicious recipe (to make vegetarian choice)

Tagliatelle, a delicious dish, especially if you made the pasta yourself! How to make pasta yourself? You can read this in the blog below:

We put the pasta from the blog above in the freezer. This is because we would not use it directly, and this way you prevent the paste from sticking.

For the recipe you will need:

A vegetable broth cube

Whipped cream (250 ml)

Pepper and salt

(Flat) parsley

Parmagiano (cheese)

A splash of white wine

If desired: bacon

Put hot water in two plates, or put it in the oven, to pre-heat the dishes.

Put the whipped cream in a small saucepan and cook it, until the cream is boiled.

Meanwhile, fry the bacon, not too hard, they do not need to get crispy.

Chop the (flat) parsley into small pieces.

Put on a large pan of water, and put the vegetable stock cube in it.

Bring the water to a boil.

Remove the (frozen) fresh pasta from the freezer, and put it frozen, and including the adhering flour in the boiling broth.

The paste will sink to the bottom, and the attached flour will come loose and begin to float in the water.

Bring the pasta to a boil.

Meanwhile, add the parsley to the boiled whipped cream, pepper and salt to taste and a dash of white wine.

After that, add the parmesan, melting it in the whipped cream sauce.

If not vegetarian: add a portion of the fried bacon, and keep one part for garnish.

Fresh pasta only needs to boil for a short time, a minute or four-five is enough.

As soon as the pasta floats at the top of the water it is cooked! (for the certainty you can always taste of course)

Drain the pasta and put it back into the pan.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix thoroughly.

Spoon the pasta including sauce into the preheated plates.

Note: homemade pasta is many times more nutritious than ready, so be careful not to scoop too much on a plate!

Garnish with some parmesan and bacon.

Pour a small dash of olive oil over the dish.

If desired, some more parsley on top.

A salad of arugula with tomatoes is a tasty side dish.

Get a set table, a glass of white wine and: Buon Apetito!
