Grilled vegetables


• 2 sweet pointed peppers
• 2 onions
• 1 large zucchini
• 500 grams of mushrooms
• 4 cloves of garlic
• Olive oil
• Rosemary
• Pepper

I added a remnant of broccoli this time. Of course, you can choose which vegetables you add or not (or instead).



1.Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius
2. Clean the ingredients
3. Halve the garlic cloves lengthwise
4. Cut the rest of the ingredients into coarsely pieces
5. Cover a baking dish with baking paper
6.Spread the sliced ingredients on top, incl. garlic cloves
7. Brush with olive oil
8.Sprinkle rosemary and pepper on top
9. Set the oven to grill mode
10. Place the baking tray in the upper part of the oven for 2 0-25 minutes and turn all the edible in the middle of the cooking time.
