Fitness and hernia
since march 2020 i experienced severe leg and but pain...
I work as a boat polisher in all harbours of holland and also perform paint works.
In march 2020 i went to see the doctor and asked for a scan...
It was a hernia...
I even went for a talk with a doctor to perform surgery....i decided to sit it out....but boy was i wrong....
I discovered low back workouts on youtube....after 3 days of lower back exercises i noticed a big difference in pain and walking....
I always trained for years on end...but never ever did i pay attention on the lower back.
Now i made a progress of 30% in pain and walking.....i decided yesterday to train my lower back daily
Nice benefit...my ass is getting some training too and is looking much better...
I will post some videos to show which exercises i do
