Healthy Eating Challenge

Heey, starting February, I'm gonna do a 30-day healthy eating challenge. (my sister also participates) I post every night between 8 and 9 o'clock a post about what I ate that day and possibly how you make this. Of course there are a few extra rules for me:

- I'm only allowed to drink soda once a week.
- Fast food is allowed in these 30 days max 2 times. - I need to drink 2 liters of water per day. - There should be no sugar in my tea or coffee.

These are the rules. of course I will sometimes add pictures of my food. I will add to my first post how much I weigh at that moment I do this on the 15th and last day as well. So I hope to see some difference at the end. Of course it would also be nice if there are several people involved. If you do this if you would like to call me in your post.X
