I love to make an extensive breakfast on my day off. Of course we don't want to eat the same thing every time so I made up something different today. Behold here the oatmeal with cottage cheese muffins. Only ingredients that not only fill your belly but also feed it. Because that's what I find extremely important about a meal that it feeds you!
Ingredients 1 person, 3 muffins:
- 25 grams of oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of lean cottage cheese
- 50 grams of frozen raspberries (or blueberries, also very tasty!)
- 20 grams of raisins
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and fill 3 muffin molds with the mixture. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the muffins in the oven for 25 minutes. Then let them cool down for 5 minutes and feast!
