It's lovely, this hachee.

Today I @ellesvandenbroek 's recipe for hachee. For a moment I thought that the lid should not have put on the pan, because after 4 hours of simmer the place was just as watery as when I had just added water. So left the lid off and talked to her for a while. She gave me some advice, but it already solved itself. An hour of nasudding without a lid did wonders!

I freeze it in portions for 2 people.
