I would like to invite you to watch our introduction video of our exercise videos: “Moving with your own stuff”! During the first year of the corona pandemic, my colleague and I made this Intro video to keep elderly people moving from home. Garageband has been used to create the perfect background music that amplifies the images and message.
We wrote and sang the text ourselves.
