Onion Loach

Either cheese-onion bread.
It's available ready-made, so you only have to warm it up.
However, it is super easy to make yourself. Tasty as lunch.



  1. Oven at temperature indicating the packaging of the baguette
  2. Bread lengthwise into two halves
  3. Invest each half with half onion rings, on top of them grated cheese of your choice (I did young mature), some Italian herbs on top of it
  4. Sprinkle with some olive oil
  5. 10 minutes in the preheated oven
