Not everyone knows there are flowers you can eat. Why eat flowers? By the way, not every flower is good — that's a whole different story. When I'm talking about an edible flower, I mean, of course, an edible flower that is also tasty (or neutral but very decorative).

The lemon and orange peel flowers where both the leaves and the flowers are edible. The petals are beautiful and tasty in a salad, and the petals can be used for tea and even desserts, for example. Taste first, both the smell and taste are pretty prevalent and you don't use it in large quantities.

For example, we were recently vacationing in the south of our small country of Belgium, in particular near the Three Countries Point.

At a suggestion from the owner of whom we rented the very cozy chalet, we went vegan food at the 'Four seasons' in Epen. A delicious menu, the main course of which really liked us. So colourful with a garnish of edible flowers.

Rendang with jackfruit. a delicacy!
