Pork tenderloin from the oven

Tender meat, including pork tenderloin, I like very. Sometimes I fry it in the pan, sometimes I put it in the oven.
For the oven I do the following:


  • 1 Tenderloin
  • olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Sea salt with spices
  • rosemary

Method of preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Brush a baking dish with olive oil
  3. Pat the tenderloin dry and place it in the baking dish
  4. Sprinkle with the herbs
  5. Turn around. Also sprinkle that side with herbs
  6. Brush with some olive oil
  7. Put the baking dish in the oven
  8. After 30 min. flipping the tenderloin
  9. Brush the top with oil (there is probably enough left in the baking dish) and place another 30 min. in the oven

  10. Check if the meat is cooked properly. If necessary, let the yarn last longer.
