Potato salad

Enjoy brunch, barbecue or cold and hot buffet: potato salad.
And that is easy to make yourself.

Below is a very simple recipe:

This is a small bowl with 1 serving. (So no full plate.)

Ingredients:


  • Potatoes
  • Gherkins
  • Can of peas and carrots
  • Silver Onions
  • mayonnaise


Preparation:


  1. Boil the potatoes softly;
  2. Drain the boiling liquid completely;
  3. Mash the potatoes;
  4. Let the potatoes cool well;
  5. Cut the pickles and silver onions into small pieces;
  6. Allow any moisture present to drain out of the can;
  7. Stir the pickles, silver onions with the peas and carrots into the cooled potatoes;
  8. Make it smooth to taste, by stirring in some mayonnaise.
