I am a fan of books that allow me to think. Jodi Picoult is an author that writes books in such a way that you are often left questioning the book. Who was right and who was wrong? Because sometimes there isn't really a right or wrong answer.

I have just started with her book "Mercy". On the cover it is written, 'The love of your life asks you for your help to die. What would you do? '

All the books I have read of hers so far are similar in the sense that for me the answer might be to agree and for you it might be to disagree. I like these type of books because they allow me to think a little further than my own thoughts and beliefs.

My favorite book of hers so far was 19 minutes, it sent shivers down my spine and I even had tears in my eyes as I read parts of it. In short it is about a school shooting in America, she takes you to see things from the shooters side, but also from the side of the victims and their families.

She is probably most famous for "My sisters keeper"

Have you ever read any of her books? What would you recommend?
