My opinion:

Nothing as tasty and nutritious as a piece of fruit. My favorite (and from so many millions of other people) is the banana. Versatile, nutritious, tasty. Besides the fact that you can just eat a banana out of the skin, there are still a lot of applications where you can use this yellow miracle.

In the cookbookBananayou will find thirty recipes written, ranging from breakfast, smoothies and shakes to sweet dishes or delicious ice cream.
A page filled with the essentials you need to prepare the recipes can be found in the front of the booklet. Each dish also indicates whether it is vegan or gluten-free.
On the left pages there are beautiful pictures of the dish, on the right page the ingredients and the method of preparation. Convenient all at a glance.
