I haven't posted in a while, I know. Life happens.

I decided to share with you a #Sims2 #YouTube #Video in which I am showcasing a lot make-over that I made. I also filmed a video of me renovating this house. The video is available on my Patreon (in my Linktree).

I renovated this lot for a small family that prefers a modern, brown and dark aesthetic. A child and a teen have to share a bedroom, but it's fine. They have their separate spaces. The family room is on the top floor and the formal living room includes a fireplace and a piano. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a garage with space for one car inside and one car outside.
