I was passing by @peerke70 and I found this challenge about a mind trip. I don´t know if this challenge is still on, but I thought: why not? Magic never really dies. You find it everywhere you look at... why can´t you find in a trip?
“Heavy suitcase! It is really weighing on me.”
This was what he was thinking, really. He tried to erase this thought with another, happier one;
“This is the best day of my life. I´m going to climb up the tree. Finally! Today!”
But would this be a good thing? Why? He was not quite sure. It was not his idea, to begin with. And it was not that good: his name was John. Everybody knows the story of John and the magic beans. The last thing he wanted was to find a giant. He wasn´t a man to put up with a giant. He barely could hold on to that heavy suitcase.
Everyone on Yoors wanted him to go up. What about him? Did he really want that? He could understand the Yoorsies. They had no other way of discovering what was at the end of the tree. So they decided picking him up and putting that heavy suitcase in his hand. Until now, he had lived a happy and obscure life inside a small room of the platform. Now they wanted him to go up. Just up. He was not to stop, until he reached the end of the tree.
“I really don´t feel like going. Why don´t I get rid of the luggage right away? Maybe in the pond… no! The pond isn´t there anymore, it went away with the ducks of Naturefreak ´s challenge of last month. But every month the Yoorsies do new things, funny things. I could travel around the world with Noos Happy Words. Or make a trip in Encaustrichris bus and, at the end of her work, we could have a cup of tea at 140woorden, with a slice of that delicious cake made by Mónica and her kids Makayla and Gabriella. Wouldn´t it be wonderful?
Jee! I can do so many things here on Yoors. When I was in that small room, I wasn´t aware of any of this. But now I am. Just because I seize the opportunity of travelling in thought!”.
