A new born baby donkey: Ivy
Unfortunately her mother is one of our own permanent fosters. We keep the boys and girls seperate. But when a youngster is still feeding with mum they stay together.
Apperently one baby boy grew up very fast.
Although we do not celebrate christmas in Cairo the local workers spend a lot of time, but enjoy making these funny pictures for their supporters.
It is a nice distraction from the badly, injured or sick animals that arrive.These animals live in our shelter in Cairo and are saved from bad circumstances. Some permanent and others temporarely.
We're educating the local owners to help improving animal care.
