(I wrote this "poem?", I hope you would like it. I can't think in a name, forgive me plz)
The feeling that something is coming
A feeling of approaching dread
A feeling of overwhelming emotions
A feeling of being crushed, and buried underneath
A feeling of being stuck, and unable to move
A feeling of being lost, and unable to find yourself
Every day turns tougher than yesterday
A fight against an invisible enemy
An enemy that lives inside yourself
An enemy that you struggle to face
An enemy that you need to defeat if you want to feel peace
Sometimes that feeling is ok, but other times comes in nightmares
But whatever origin it may have
It is hard to see anything but the fear
The thought about runaway and never coming back appears
So we need to face our fears and find a way to live with them
To keep them from overwhelming us
But running away from your emotions, and your fears does not make them go away
Running away from your feelings is a common solution
Running away from your fears is a natural response
Anyways, letting them die sounds easier

Anxiety can be a bad counselor. It doesn't have to prevail anyway. Although that's easier said than done. You can always hope to live in freedom. Especially when you include God, is my personal experience.
