10 facts about the robin, regular visitor in my winter garden.
Early in the morning.
I'm sitting in the kitchen, which consists of glass for a large piece. From the floor to part of the ceiling.
As soon as the sky gets a little bit of color, the curtains open.
When I have time to enjoy a cup of coffee (or 2), I sometimes sit there for more than an hour watching what's going on outside.
Not that it's always spectacular. Sometimes there are just some sparrows arguing. Or blackbirds.
When I'm early enough, a starling swarm will also bring its daily ballet performance.

But a little bird that I also like to see hopping around is the robin.
Often there is one, unobtrusive in one of the bare bushes or in the fruit trees.
Sometimes scrawling in the natural waste on the ground.
Looking for something delicious.
It's not until you see their red breast that they stand out.
