5 months ago I gave birth to our beautiful daughter.

Throughout the pregnancy, of course, I had gained a bit of weight, which is also a lot of accommodation, of course.

Before my pregnancy, I was already busy losing weight. Then I managed to lose 25 kilos and I was very proud of that.

After giving birth, I immediately picked up the thread again. Pay close attention to what I was going to eat and get enough exercise. And that exercise works quite well for me.
