10 x healthy and tasty breakfast with cottage cheese (+ recipe)
A healthy breakfast is a great start to your day and more and more people are looking for healthy and tasty options. Cottage cheese is an example of healthy and delicious breakfast because it allows you to vary so much. Preferably take low-fat cottage cheese if you want to lose weight, protein cottage cheese if you only take your breakfast after exercise in the early morning and vegetable cottage cheese for if you prefer vegetarian/vegan. Soy cottage cheese is also low in carbohydrates, so it is suitable for people who are on a low-carbohydrate diet. I personally wouldn't choose fruitflavored cottage cheese because of the added sugars it contains.
