prioriteitenmatrix

Today's challenge coincides with the word of the day: #prioritymatrix (call me Eisenhouwer for the occasion). With seventeen challenges on my plate, keeping them all equally challenging is already quite challenging, and as stated earlier, some have to be inferior to others at some point. This matrix is a tool for my time management and also provides insight into what really matters now and what I really need to do for - or leave. Let's start at Step 1: Determining if a Challenge Is Important. Immediately an annoying pitfall because of the voluntary of the various goals. Every day counts, in a certain and absolute sense. Step 1 has been set with that. On to the second: is the challenge, besides important, extremely urgent?

The urgency in progress coincides with the day and with that the delusion of it. Ultimately, the urgency lies in performance and not the other way around. Can I postpone or delegate a challenge?? Didn't think it, although a little outside help, except desirable is also indispensable, although I will have to realize it myself. This brings me to step 3: delaying assertiveness or blowing off, Giving up no option, just like the ultimate ultimate goal - the marathon. Yet there is quite a lot of vacant terrain in the grey area, it is necessary to mention the honesty.

The final step in the beautiful matrix is insignificant and not urgent; only when it fits and prioritize its course. Now an overview of the requirements collected, pointwise priorities.
