100 Day Challenge: Day 25
Training is increasing in size and load; with less and less in number but with demanding identification and persistence - very suitable for #brainstorm on the road. The weather is equally stormy, and I am still waiting for the perfect option to combine my favourite weather type with a run. Changeable weather with tempo changes, preferably in the pouring and storming rain. Per pass I adapt my mind pattern to the rhythm of the rain and go on and against it without reluctance.
The Hague proves to be an exceptionally suitable environment to sniff out ambient noise and change of landscape is sometimes a fact per kilometre, rolling off from the heel and from the heel on the branch. Direction Poeldijk in one straight line, via Voorschoten or let me lead towards Leidschendam. Zoetermeer for when I don't do it for less and Pijnacker to bite through the pain as well. Along the water to get the smooth line and quickly parallel to the highway via Delft to squeeze the maximum speed out of my footwear.
Fine gems of great plans pearls like sweat drops on my forehead and forearms, a sip from the water bottle for much needed moisture and I fought back home. Satisfied and fulfilled another workout with a mileage that a statue deserves.

In terms of time, it is also varied enough; mostly for day and dew, sometimes when time does not allow late in the evening, preceded by a service to close. Always home, even right after departure. The ghosts in my brain run overtime. Processing and biting my parents' death, merging into the beats and not letting me beat.
Plans for the next day or the one on it, the day on it, and prospects are endless. Unlimited desire for more and the ultimate goal increasingly clear in mind. Strength training takes solid form, similar to the signs on the feeling of the lower abdomen. Apoteous never and closer to the target weight, stride length, straight back, neck free and unburdened, troublesome, sometimes but never impossible. Space for improvement as always.
