100 Day Challenge: Day 28

Slowly but surely, the vegetable diet, as planned, is paying off quite its fruits. Already for a short month without meat, fish and dairy, purifies the soul and intestines. Peace, regularity and cleanliness is of paramount importance so #detox no superfluous luxury from time to time. Earlier I mentioned an apple day, this time I choose a fight with moisture and just that. Sparkling water, beet juice and tea. The latter I drink regularly in the context of a morning and evening routine, water again in abundance and beet juice as a special incentive, not only because of the terribly surprising asking price, but also in view of the seemingly remarkable optimization. on the go, both in pace and endurance. Yummy is different though, but this aside. The fact that my urine scarlet shines when sassing saves a sip on a drink and - honestly honestly - makes everything more than good.
So detoxification. Melt sugars, burn fats and reduce leftovers. Brightness of mind and gut to enjoy a fresh start the day after. I prefer to choose a day when I'm free from outdoor work, because rinsing takes quite a bit of time to do active, and the peaks in pee breaks that do not affect productivity positively. It also causes a clear dip in energy over the day and that can hardly be combined with any job description.
On days when I detox, I meditate more than once. Relax with some yoga - whether or not with music - and walk the unburst loosely. Not too far from home because of the inevitable urge due to plenty of moisture, but just far enough for a fresh nose.
In addition, a good book - whether digital or not - some light tasks indoors, a pleasant distraction in the form of a film or documentary and much-needed naps. I then combine this with some overdue maintenance of body and members, such as a face mask, nail cutting and/or removing calluses and/or a foot bath. In short, to alleviate the suffering of emptiness, I am filled with frequent pampering.
No matter how I divide the day, by the evening I'll have enough literally and figuratively clean enough of it. A new round tomorrow, with new opportunities. Had 24 hours to prepare me, so probably a flying start. Start with a clean slate anyway;
