100 Day Challenge: Day 43
At my workplace we serve lunch; a twelve hour consists of soup (tomato, onion or day) and a veal croquette, a slice of ham and cheese, scrambled eggs and two sandwiches. Of course, a bouncer or omelet can be enjoyed, with the necessary supplements in the form of tomato, cheese, bacon, ham, fricandeau, champginon or brie or a combination of these additives. A tuna sandwich for the lover, or goat cheese for example. Hot meat, peanut sauce, leg ham, honey mustard dressing, carpaccio, truffle mayo. Then there are two paninis (ham/cheese or mozzarella/tomato) and the same number of club sandwiches (salmon/shrimp or chicken/bacon).
Why choose to make my own #lunch take with you? Due to the state of siege. No meat eliminates ham, bacon, chicken breast, fricandeau and croquette. Excluding fish means no salmon, tuna or shrimp and dairy-free puts cheese, brie, mozzarella and goat cheese out of play. Unfortunately, peanut butter. Or coconut bread. Or jam, yummy!
Sometimes a soup, for variety - without cream, well understood. Often also pure fruit, always tasty - and healthy besides;
