15 fruits and vegetables you don't necessarily have to eat organically
If we are honest, we prefer to buy everything organic. Not only for our own health, but also to support farmers who are making change with their organic products. Yet, in this time of inflation and price increases, everything is not always feasible organically. That's why we've figured out which products you should definitely eat organically and which products that are slightly less important.
15x fruit and vegetables that don't necessarily have to be organic
Broccoli, cauliflower and eggplant are no longer on the clean fifteen list for the first time this year and are therefore relegated to the doubtful cases. However, the reason for this is that they have not been tested by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the past six, seven, and 14 years, and so no reliable data is available. Better safe than sorry so. As a result, sweet potatoes, watermelon and mangoes are (for the first time) in the clean fifteen list this year. Of the products on this list, almost 70% had barely traceable traces of pesticides. Avocados and corn are the cleanest.

That doesn't just mean that you get it if you don't eat these products organically, but recent research by, among others, Harvard University also shows that the positive effects of eating fruits and vegetables can be nullified by the pesticides you ingest.
