18 years in a nutshell

Capture 18 years in a few sentences
it's almost impossible to get started
because every laugh, but also every tear on your face
were a real poem in its own right
every hug from your arms so small
were a very happy party
and even every angry mood of yours. and all the trouble
were unique and special in their own right

Being able to live with you for 18 years
sometimes strolling, sometimes fast and sometimes even standing still
is one of the most beautiful chapters in my story
is where I get my pride and strength
Your story starts now. and you can write it yourself
just know that I will always be next to you
PROUD of a mature woman standing in front of me now. for the first time
but with in her eyes the twinkle of the old girl.
