On February 4, the 21st anniversary of World Cancer Day was celebrated.

This day was born on 4 February 2000 as part of the world cancer summit for the new millennium held in Paris, promoted by the World Health Organization, the International Cancer Research Centre (ICIC) and the International Union against Cancer (IUCC) with the aim of raising awareness and mobilize society to advance the prevention and control of this disease.

We've all heard about cancer, and most of us, we know directly people with this disease that causes so much fear. But do we really know what cancer is?
