If you're wondering who that leprechaun is, I'll explain to you.
Once I blogged on a different platform. I had a great time blogging there. Many of them, some of them IRL, I still have contact with, but that aside. This blogging platform was lifted and moved to 'My Domain' and actually I thought it was an improvement, but 'en masse' my blog buddies disappeared and eventually I disappeared too.

That platform also featured Christl Vogl. A well-known children's book writer and for me an absolute artist in so many things.
She can draw great and especially fairies, gnomes and that kind of fun kids' book disadvantage. I was instantly freaked out on her drawings. Yes, the child in me is playful. Like me with childlike fun by the Efteling hip, but that aside.

Christl had figured out to start teaching drawing at Point. Well, I'm a disaster in drawing, but I dared to think of Christl's hand. And after a lot of fuss, a lot of erasers, erasers and more erasers Jonas (one of her “drawing sprouts”) has come on paper after all. Not perfect by far and according to Miss Christl, the shadows are not right, but hey Jonas is recognizable huh :-)
I had to hear about that shadow for a long time. In fact, to this day.

And to think that my parents could both draw nice, but I didn't get that gene.

So here, my little humble contribution to all the beautiful art artists I encounter on Yoors.
