Qali Warma
Qali Warma is a Quechua word meaning "vigorous child".
In Peru, it is a service that provides quality food with universal reach to all children in public institutions at the pre-school and primary levels in Peru.
It is a program created in October 2012, replacing the National Food Assistance Program (NFAP), and it depends on the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MDIS).
The purpose is to provide varied and nutritious food to children in kindergarten and primary education in public schools throughout Peru, in addition to the secondary level in indigenous populations of the Peruvian Amazon.

That governments should have among their budgets these programmes for early age in Colombia is the School Feeding Programme (PAE) promoting healthy lifestyles and improving their learning capacity, through the provision of a supplement for children and young people in school

My children were studying at an archdiosesan school where they were given breakfast, lunch and snacks through the PAE School Feeding Program system, where the same representatives cooked and served..

In Venezuela I studied in public schools always and take advantage of food programs, sometimes they gave me even a backpack for school in uniform, they were good times.
