A HYROX fitness race

HYROX: a fitness concept that combines running and functional strength exercises. The new fitness trend. HYROX saw the light of day in Germany in 2017. Meanwhile, 45 different cities around the world are hosting Hyrox events. Two years ago, there was a first test event in Amsterdam for 700 participants. This year, there will be events in Amsterdam, Maastricht and Rotterdam, where 3,000 participants are expected each time. HYROX
