A jugar metras!

Uno de los juegos tradicionales de Venezuela son las metras o también se le conoce como pinchas en ciertas zonas.

Se trata de una serie de colitas echas de varios materiales como vidrio, madera, pucelana o barro se ponen a rodar sobre el suelo con el objetico de que se lleguen a chochar unas con las otras.

Hay quienes las llegan a sustituir con semillas de forma esférica.

Sin duda uno de los juegos más populares y divertido para los niños, donde pueden intercambiar metras a través de pequeños torneos.

In Portugal we have a lot of names for marbles: berlides, guelas, bilas... And the big ones: carolos, abafadores... 😁

I remember this game very much, as a girl I played it a lot I fought with the boys to let me play because it was children's play not girls, it was very intense they let me play or it made them disasters and I dumped their metras hahahaha that bad i was 🤣🤣🤣🤣😝
