A look back at my recipes...
The beginning.
When I started writing on Yoors more than five years ago, I quickly felt jitters to do something with my recipes. Back then as a newcomer, looking for a nice layout, wondering if people would be interested in it and like a scared little bird I posted my first recipe under the heading “Recipe Tip from Mrs Stip”.
Absolutely nothing difficult or special, but it was the start of what would later become a real digital cookbook.
Pudding with cherries. was on Yoors and even though it was very simple, the nice reactions gave me a push to continue with this.
My second, already slightly more difficult recipe was cheesecake, so I have to admit that cheesecake is really one of my personal favorites. I literally feasted on the comments and the number of visitors who viewed this post. Handing out hearts wasn't possible then, by the way.
The third recipe became one of pure nostalgia because I had special memories of it as a child. But here too, I loved that there were reactions and that people liked my recipes.
