A loop in time

today is a day just like yesterday, the day before yesterday and tomorrow...
I sit at my computer and I look out the window and I see a bird singing standing in the same place and singing the same tune...
I feel like I'm in a chilling time loop and I don't know when the hours of the day have passed...
in the blink of an eye I see how the first sun of the morning hides and the moon appears again...
the hours fly and are not seen the world turns quickly and we can not stay to traz since the lost time is not returned...
but how do I catch the hours and days that go away in our hands...
children grow up, old people grow old and sick people die...
it is a loop of time where we must go out and make the time noticeable....
