When we were in the capital of Kefalonia - Argostoli - we saw a leaflet in the city that there was a botanical garden somewhere up on the outskirts of the city.
Nature lovers like us always find a botanical garden worth a visit.
However, this one was poorly maintained, rather barren and absolutely not surprising. So a real disappointment, especially because we paid for it.
The only attractive spot was the pond.
It was filled with water lilies, the only flowers we saw in the whole garden.
