A technically advanced example of craftsmanship

How did the Egyptians carve the many obelisks out of their granite rock and how were they able to move them?
Throughout Egypt, obelisks were erected as a tribute to their Pharaohs and their military or architectural achievements.
It's amazing that they were able to do this.Because at that time, they had absolutely no electrical appliances or exquisite cranes that could support the weight of an obelisk. In our modern times, this would also be a problem. Although they already have special cranes to get the job done.
Nevertheless, the Egyptians were able to achieve these achievements.
Among the granite cliffs, you can still admire an almost finished obelisk. They simply left it behind without further finishing because a hideous deep slit appeared at the highest point of the obelisk. After all, their obelisks had to be perfectly smooth like a mirror and have no flaws. .
It was indeed a feat of strength. Because the workers who carved these obelisks only had a stone that was much harder than the granite. Namely, a dolorite stone that forms from the lava in a volcano, after cooling. The stone had no handle and was simply oval in shape.
