A traditional game: La Zaranda
This traditional game of the Venezuelan plains is native to our aborigines, dates back to very ancient times, is preserved today in certain regions of our country, adopted by the inhabitants such a toy was and is still originally manufactured with the fruit of the taparo tree (Crescentia cujete), although in the market it is find several versions in an industrial way made entirely of plastic or other material and in a way other than the original.

The women on such a holiday throw and dance their screens and the man throws his top to hit the shale of the woman he likes, if he destroys it the woman will be his bride for that night.
