Throughout our adult life, most of us are already struggling to ask for help and admit something is not possible. It's not for nothing that there are shelves full of self-help books in the bookstore. Books like “The Power of Vulnerability “by Brené Brown have been in the Bestseller 60 for months, but, when you think about it, how extremely difficult is it to know that you're getting worse and that it will never improve again?
