The toilet seat is designed in such a way that bacteria are not able to develop properly. This is due to the smooth surface of the toilet seat. The toilet paper is a breeding ground for bacteria. That's because everyone is sitting on the same roll of toilet paper with their hands. And there are many bacteria on your hands.
