Air pollution in Dutch cities is inadmissible. In many Dutch cities, this concentration of soot particles is higher in the outdoor air of our cities than in workplaces using diesel fumes. In these workplaces, workers may be exposed to a maximum of 1 microgram of soot particles per cubic metre. This concludes Environmental Defence on the basis of a survey by the Health Council.
