Although in this life

“But they longed for a better, that is, heavenly; therefore God is not ashamed to call himself God of them; for he has prepared a city for them.” Hebrews 11:16

I think we've all stopped to watch a sunset sunset, although we may not do it very often because the problems of this world overwhelm us and frustrate us at many of those moments. There are things that seem to be close, but they are really far away, for example: If we want to go to the sun according to today's reading it is very far away. That is why today Jesus invites you to be closer to Him, so that when he comes soon we can meet in that beautiful home he is preparing for each of us.
