Álvaro Vargas Llosa, is one of those people committed to the need to make profound changes in our realities, and to understand the dimension of his ability to execute plans for development opportunities in the most vulnerable communities on the planet, just look quickly at his CV, graduated in international history from London School of Economics and Political Science, the most influential media correspondent in the USA and Europe, son of a Nobel Prize in Literature, a reference to imagine the intellectual environments that are moving from an early age, as well as being the leader of a project such as the Center for Global Prosperity, generating possible solutions for reduce poverty and create fair conditions in the market for goods and services.

And what better opportunity to talk about all this, than an international meeting with the most select of liberal intellectuality, thanks to the Centre for the Dissemination of Economic Knowledge” (CEDICE), who organized the event called: “The Latin American Challenge: Freedom, Democracy, Property and the Fight against Poverty” to celebrate its first 25 years old.
