An important meeting and a canoe trip (part 8)
After the tiring nocturnal hike, visitors are allowed to sleep in. Today is the last day of their stay at the Christalino Lodge. The forest has been explored and everyone is offered to end the exploration with a canoe trip on the Amazon River in the afternoon.The courageous among them can show off their canoe skills in rapids further away and, if they want, even brave a small waterfall.
Only Vincent wants to do the latter.He has already gained some experience in this in the past.The other members prefer to stay in the calmer waters of the broad Amazon River.
Late in the morning, everyone is invited to breakfast.
To introduce them to the immense variety of fruits found in the Rainforest, a basket with a variety of different fruits is prepared. Everyone can choose from and eat to their heart's content.
“Same menu as the apes used to be,” snickers Michael (Vincent's best friend)
