We have already seen everything from keyboards to mice, but in order to enjoy a good immersion we must opt for a good monitor that offers us quality, performance and excellence.
For this reason, the company LG has made it suitable for its presence in the gaming world by bringing us this wonderful terminal.
It is an impressive 27-inch monitor with a 1440p IPS screen, it offers an excellent gaming experience. It has exceptionally low input delay and a large selection of gaming features, including black frame insertion (BFI), and supports variable refresh rate technologies.
It has high maximum brightness in SDR and good reflection handling, so glare shouldn't be a problem. Delivers fantastic colors in SDR and has remarkable gradient handling.
Overall, the LG 27GP850 has decent build quality. The materials used are OK, but it's almost entirely plastic. One of the panels on the back of our unit is a bit loose and there is some flex in the plastic, but these are not major issues.
The LG 27GP850-B has disappointing ergonomics. It has a decent height and tilt range, and can change to vertical orientation, but only in one direction, so entrances will always be at the top. The back of the monitor is quite simple, with the same red ring as the LG 27GP83B-B . There is no RGB bias lighting and the notch in the cable management bracket is not very useful.
Chevron shaped stand takes up ample space, but doesn't take up much space overall. The stand is OK, but it doesn't completely prevent the screen from wobbling.

Unlike many monitors on the market, the LG 27GP850-B has a built-in USB hub
conclusion
The LG 27GP850-B is an excellent gaming monitor with some extra features. It offers excellent gaming performance, but like all IPS panels, it's not as suitable for a dark room. Between 27-inch 1440p gaming monitors, it delivers a great overall experience.
