Hello dear reader,

If I use the word #gordelroos # Google en dan ook de afbeeldingen ga bekijken, dan word je niet vrolijk zeg maar.
Fortunately, it's a little less bad for me than usual when the doctor says “oh ma'am, that happens
never else!”
But good Shingles is a virus, very contagious (looks like another virus, the name of which I'm not going to mention, because everything that gives you attention is growing). How I got it, I don't know..
I'll tell you how I found out. At night I was spinning, and on my back at the level of my right lung I felt like razor blades were cutting through my skin. There's been a couple of pimples here for a couple of days. Since for the third night I did not sleep well and literally went crazy with the itch, I decided to go to the doctor. And yes ! What I had Googled myself was the verdict Shingles. Can you not bring anything, except to swallow aspirin against the pain and lubricate a mentol ointment against the itch.
Fortunately, I had learned at the herb course/witch course that you can make a pouch, from which you then make tea, and then dip your washcloth or cotton ball back in to take care of the red bumps.. Take some marigold, oatmeal flakes, sage, thyme in a bag, let a tea brew and here you can treat your red spots with a cotton pad or washcloth. If it's okay, the fire pulls out, and the swellings take off. An old recipe according to herbal. I hope you found my post entertaining and I would like it if you leave a comment.
