For 30 days, in May and June, hidden cameras from the German animal rights organisation SOKO Tierschutz recorded the neglect and abuse of dairy cows on the largest dairy farm in the state of Bavaria, in Bad Grönenbach, Allgäu.

“There are clear links with the Netherlands and Belgium,” says Animal Rights campaign coordinator Els van Campenhout. “The cheeses made from the milk of these abused cows lie in our supermarkets and sick animals were slaughtered at Vion..”

The cows are remembered food and water in the 'infirmary, 'they are kicked and stabbed with sharp objects and towed with tractors.. Non-transportable animals are being 'worked' in trailers. The images speak for themselves. There have been charges against the manager and several employees..

As in the Netherlands, the supervision of the enforcement government organisation (s) in Germany fails.
