We all have feelings of anxiety, nervousness, tension and stress from time to time. It's common but for this we'll have to face it.
We all think we know how to relax. But relaxing in front of a TV or computer is not a real way to relax.
But this is a false state of relaxation that is simply temporary. What the body really needs is a daily practice of a relaxation technique (such as deep breathing, tai chi or yoga) I have already done quite a few posts about meditation and its effects.
Do you want your body and mind to feel calm and strong to face the ups and downs of life?
Sleep the right and necessary amount of hours: not too little or too much. Eat well, choose fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains for long-term energy.
