Are you open to change?

Changes: the hardest thing to deal with, agree?


Are you gonna adjust yourself?


What do you want to experience for yourself?


Do you think it's important to be able to improve yourself?


Pretty special to look at yourself instead of someone else. 😉

Put yourself under a magnifying glass and try to see that growing, improving and/or acting differently will allow you to develop into who you wish to be.

In some cases, consciously and occasionally unconsciously, you will take steps in this. However, we are often inclined to think three steps forward.

Thinking so far ahead can arouse a certain resistance or fear that can stop you from continuing.

Once the step (s) taken, it is important to examine the new situation, try to create balance and gain new knowledge.

A new opportunity/situation can cause you to step out of your comfort zone and redevelop this environment, creating a new safe environment.

Once you start to experience “safety and relaxation” again, you may look back proudly at a conquered and eventful period.

Let the focus be the final step (the final goal) to start the new path in the best possible way and give yourself the space and experience what you are capable of.
