Arnica ointment
This homemade ointment is indicated for rheumatoid arthritis because it stimulates blood supply, has anti-inflammatory effect and relieves pains. Learn more about the properties of arnica.

Ingredients

5g of beeswax;

45 ml of olive oil;

Filter paper;

4 tbsp chopped arnica leaves and flowers.

In a water bath place the oil and leaves and flowers of arnica and let simmer for a few minutes. When the mixture is hot, strain the remains with filter paper. Place the clean mixture back into the pot and add the beeswax, it should be heated over low heat until it melts. When all melted should be mixed well and let stand for a few minutes. Next it should be stored in a container with a lid and kept in a dry, dark and airy place.
